Great to meet you!

I believe good mental health care starts with feeling heard and respected. My background in nursing has taught me to look at the whole person and consider how mental health, physical health, medications, and life experiences can all connect. I’m thoughtful and thorough in my approach, and I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and being themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take the time to understand what is going on in your life before making treatment recommendations. We’ll work together to decide what makes sense for you, whether that means medication, additional support, or simply taking some time to better understand what you’re experiencing. My goal is for you to feel respected, understood, and involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to understand what brought you in and what you’re hoping to get from care. We’ll talk about your mental health history, current concerns, medications, physical health, and anything else that may be important to the bigger picture.

You can come as you are. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what you’re looking for, and what might be helpful moving forward
