Great to meet you!

Natalie Berrette, LCSW, has 10+ years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Leading with a warm trauma-informed, client-centered approach, she creates a safe, trusting space for deep reflection, insight, and healing—empowering clients to grow, reconnect with their inner strength, and reclaim a sense of freedom, purpose, and emotional balance in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, which means you’re not just a “client” here—you’re a whole person, and your story, feelings, and pace truly matter. From our very first session, I focus on creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and respected. Building a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation of our work together.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about uncovering the wisdom you already carry. It’s a process of self-discovery, where we explore what’s been holding you back and what might help you move forward in a way that feels true to who you are. I’ll walk alongside you in this journey, offering tools to help you manage stress, navigate emotional challenges, and build resilience.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to show up. And I’ll meet you right where you are.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients working with me can expect a reflective, safe, and genuinely non-judgmental space—a space where all parts of you are welcome. Together, we’ll explore your identity, values, and personal goals, always at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you're moving through major life transitions, carrying grief, navigating anxiety or trauma, or simply tired of going through the motions and finally ready for something more—this space is for you.

I use evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs and goals. Therapy with me is active and collaborative—so expect to engage both in and outside of our sessions. I may offer reflections, tools, and thoughtful homework to help you stay connected to your growth between our meetings. That continuity supports real, lasting change.

And I’ll always remind you: progress isn’t a straight line. Setbacks are part of the process, not signs of failure. One of the most powerful things we can learn together is how to extend kindness to yourself—even (and especially) when things feel hard.

You don’t have to stay in survival mode. I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
