Great to meet you!

I have been working in tele-mental health for the past 3 years and love it. Prior to this, I worked with troubled adolescents and men and women in incarcerated settings. I deeply enjoy providing emotional support and understanding to those who are suffering from a variety of life issues and emotional difficulties. I also enjoy treating anxious clients and those with trauma in need of processing.

My approach to therapy

I focus on the therapeutic relationship and strive to make clients feel heard and understood. I have an interactive and integrative approach that includes occasional challenging of the client in areas that they appear stuck. I provide warm, empathic approaches to their problems and insert a sense of humor as well.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel validated and emotionally supported in our sessions together. I want them to feel they are not alone and not judged. I also want them to walk away with practical cognitive and behavioral tools to help them thrive in their lives.
