I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of FL. I graduated with my master's in clinical counseling from Belmont University, in Nashville, TN. I have over 5 years of experience helping children, teens and adults struggling with their mental health. I hold additional certification in trauma-informed therapy of Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).
I often use modalities such as CBT, Play therapy, art therapy, and trauma-focused treatment. In the first session, we'll navigate what brought you to therapy as well as create a treatment plan that fits best for you and your healing journey.
My goal is to help create a safe place to express your emotions and feel heard, as well as a place for you to feel more confident in yourself to create positive change in your life. In our sessions, you can expect to feel accepted and validated while also allowing yourself to let go of the weight that has been holding you down.
