Great to meet you!

CURRECTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS.

Hey there! If you’re here, chances are something feels heavy right now. Maybe your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional outbursts, or confidence. Maybe your teen feels overwhelmed, shut down, or exhausted from trying to hold it together. Or maybe you’re the one carrying anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or emotional burnout. I primarily work with children, teens, and young adults who are tired of surviving and ready to feel more grounded, connected, and emotionally safe. I also work with adults and parents seeking support, healing, and lasting change.

Currently, I offer telehealth sessions only. Please reach out by phone or email to get started. In person sessions will be available this Fall!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of FL. I have over 5 years of experience helping children, teens and adults struggling with their mental health. I hold additional certification in the trauma-informed Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a listening-based intervention designed to help regulate the nervous system and support emotional healing. I also utilize treatment modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play therapy.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should feel safe, honest, and supportive—not cold or clinical. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I incorporate play therapy techniques for children and utilize the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and a deeper sense of safety and connection.

I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and move through life with more confidence and steadiness. Therapy can be a place to finally exhale. You do not have to carry everything alone.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, reaching out is a brave first step. I’d be honored to help you and your family find a way forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about creating a sense of safety and understanding what’s been going on. We’ll talk through current challenges, history, and goals for therapy at a pace that feels comfortable. For children and teens, I use developmentally appropriate approaches like conversation and play-based activities to help them feel comfortable. Parents are often included to share insight and collaborate on next steps. You can expect to leave with a clearer sense of direction and what support will look like moving forward.
