Great to meet you!

My journey in mental health has been shaped by over a decade of dedication to providing compassionate, personalized care to those facing life’s mental, emotional, and physical challenges. Bringing a unique blend of experience to my role, I have had the privilege of working with patients from all walks of life including military veterans, those in acute inpatient care, and hospice settings.

My approach to therapy

I have learned the profound impact of presence and actively listening to meet each person’s unique needs, whether they’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or navigating life’s complex transitions. These experiences have instilled in me the importance of meeting individuals where they are, creating a safe space for growth and healing, and celebrating every step forward towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

In my practice, I am committed to a holistic, patient-centered approach that combines evidence-based care with heartfelt support. Working collaboratively with my patients, I strive to empower them to take on an active role in their mental health journey. I’m privileged to walk alongside my patients as they work toward lasting wellness, personal growth, and peace of mind.
