Great to meet you!

I provide a supportive atmosphere for clients to work through pressing issues by engaging in skilled activities that motivate and empower them to achieve their personal goals. Counseling sessions are conducted for depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders with teens, young adults, adults, and families. Clients can expect an interactive, engaging experience with honest and open communication. I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English and licensed in NY and FL.

My approach to therapy

My clients' wellbeing is a priority. Sessions involve a high degree of honesty, thoughtfulness, and empathy. As a psychotherapist I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills and techniques that allow clients the opportunity for experiential learning and gaining deeper insight into their personal issues. The client-therapist relationship is indeed essential and providing a very supportive environment to allow clients to be actively engaged in each session is important to me.

What you can expect from me

My approach to therapy is to provide clients with the best possible experience in a supportive environment. Being present and understanding clients’ needs in the therapeutic process is important to me. I am compassionate, but yet honest in the therapeutic process. Do expect to engage in meaningful sessions that are both empowering and insightful. You will also have the opportunity to explore areas of your personality and develop a plan to achieve your personal goals.
