Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes—especially when you're navigating grief, anxiety, depression, or major life changes. These experiences don’t follow a set timeline or come with a clear roadmap. Grief, in particular, is deeply personal and can arise from many forms of loss—whether it's the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a shift in health or identity, or the loss of a cherished animal companion.

I work with clients facing a wide range of emotional challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported—exactly as you are. Together, we’ll find ways to bring in more balance, strength, and clarity at your own pace.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With over 15 years of experience in both the medical and mental health fields, I bring a well-rounded, compassionate perspective to therapy. This unique background allows me to understand the complex ways emotional, physical, and situational challenges intersect. I draw on evidence-based approaches—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strength-based techniques—to help clients build effective coping strategies, restore emotional balance, and move forward at a pace that feels right for them. I view grief, anxiety, depression, and life stressors not only as deeply human experiences, but also as potential gateways to insight, resilience, and healing.

To ensure high-quality, individualized care, I intentionally maintain a small caseload. This allows me to provide consistent, focused support tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are met with empathy and respect. Whether you're coping with grief, anxiety, depression, or the stress of daily life, we'll work together to explore practical tools that help you manage difficult emotions and regain a sense of balance.
