My approach is centered on getting to know you as a whole person your experiences, relationships, environment, and inner world.
I believe we all have core needs, and that when we begin to understand them, it becomes easier to care for ourselves in more intentional ways and set boundaries that feel healthier and more compassionate.
Much of my focus is on helping you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels clearer, more connected to yourself and others, and less overwhelming so there’s more understanding and less inner conflict.
At the heart of my work is a deep care for helping people feel more connected to themselves and others as they move toward what feels meaningful in their lives.
