Great to meet you!

As a licensed counselor, I believe that prioritizing mental health is foundational to each of our wellbeing. I appreciate you taking the first step in improving your relationship with yourself and others. The focus of my practice is helping those that feel anxious, disconnected or negatively effected by the experiences they have had in life.

My approach to therapy

A safe and trusting relationship with each client is a large focus of my practice. Throughout our work together, I will focus on your strengths and inherent resilience. I am here to empower and support you as you clarify your identity and increase your ability to engage in fulfilling relationships.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be getting to know each other. You will be able to share your unique story and how you hope to grow. You can expect a nonjudgemental, warm environment to explore who you are and who you want to be.
