Great to meet you!

In session I focus on helping my clients reduce the distress and suffering they are experiencing that is bringing them to therapy. I help my clients explore what is holding them back and I teach techniques to help of cope with stress. New clients can expect warm and empathic support from me while we explore your thoughts and emotions. I may challenge you to try and think differently and experiment with new ways of looking at things. I teach meditation as a way to manage stress

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am very experienced in blending mindfulness skills with cognitive based strategies to help clients gain insight in into their particular patterns of difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My clients typically learn about the true nature of their own mind and through that understanding comes authentic healing and growth.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to learn how to better manage their motions, how to reduce unwanted and bothersome thinking and how to have a more harmonious relationship with their bodies.
