Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm so glad you are here. I congratulate you on starting your journey, and I’m here to make sure that it is meaningful to you. I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex mental health conditions, substance use challenges, depression, and trauma. I take a trauma and culturally informed, client-centered collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I welcome you to reach out whenever you feel ready to begin. I’m here to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can be yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapies such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and equips you with practical tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may also incorporate somatic practices like mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork to support healing from both a mental and physical perspective. Your goals and progress are my primary focus. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward in a more grounded, empowered, and fulfilling direction.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with adults who are managing depression, life transitions, and substance use-related challenges. Whether you’re working through trauma, building coping skills, or exploring your personal goals, we will work together to create a growth plan that feels empowering and achievable.
