Great to meet you!

My name is Natalie Corujo, and I have over 20 years of experience working with adults, children and families. I graduated from Fordham University in 2015. I’m a compassionate therapist who uses a strengths-based, client-centered approach to create a safe, supportive space where clients can be their authentic selves and fully experience their emotions.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based, strengths-based, and client-centered practices to support meaningful and lasting change. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Problem-Solving Therapy to

help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck and build practical tools for change. Motivational Interviewing keeps our work centered on what matters most to you, and a strengths-based lens means we build from what is already working in your life. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

We all deserve supportive space where one can be their authentic selves and fully experience their emotions in a judgement free zone. We will work on goals and outcomes together to create lasting change. In our first session, we will talk through what brings you here and what you hope to feel differently. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready for. By the end, you will have a clearer sense of where we are headed together, and you will leave knowing this is a space

that is genuinely, completely yours.
