Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working with adults. I hold a Master of Social Work and have supported clients in both medical and outpatient mental health settings, which shaped my interest in the connection between emotional and physical health.

In my practice, I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the emotional impact of health-related challenges, including chronic illness. I offer a supportive, grounded space and help clients feel understood while building practical tools to navigate what they’re facing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I work with clients to understand patterns that contribute to depression, anxiety, and stress, while also building tools to help manage symptoms and improve daily functioning. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and mind–body strategies, with attention to how stress and the nervous system affect emotional and physical health. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and actively involved in their growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive, low-pressure conversation focused on understanding what’s bringing them to therapy and what they’re hoping for. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, and any questions you have about the process. I’ll also share how I work and we’ll begin identifying goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My priority is helping you feel heard, safe, and clear about whether working together feels like a good fit.
