Great to meet you!

Hola! I'm Natalie, a Bilingual therapist who provides a safe, non-judgmental space to children ages 8+, individuals and families from all walks of life! No matter the reason for seeking therapy--whether to better manage your anxiety or to improve the quality of your relationships with family and friends--you’re taking the first step, and I congratulate you for that because it’s not an easy thing to do.

My approach to therapy

In one word, my approach is holistic. In practice this means I use strategies from various styles of psychotherapy. I believe awareness in identifying patterns of behavior is the first step towards change. I am always learning and growing my resources to better serve my clients. I will do my very best to help you move toward health and happiness. Sessions are currently offered via teletherapy.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate in my work and I bring that positive energy into every session. I usually start my sessions with positive affirmations. I collaborate with my clients in order to establish goals they want to work on over the course of their treatment. My goal is to help guide you in the direction you want to be in and help you recognize your strengths so that you can use them to help you grow emotionally as well as with managing whatever life throws at you.
