I am a licensed clinical social worker committed who enjoys working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe meaningful growth happens within a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly understood.
I bring warmth, curiosity, humor, and deep empathy into my work, recognizing that therapy can be both challenging and deeply rewarding. My goal is to help you feel seen and heard while supporting you in developing insight, resilience, and confidence as you navigate difficult moments and life changes.
I strive to cultivate a safe, non-judgmental, confidential, and supportive environment for your journey of healing, self-discovery, and sustainable change. I approach every individual from a strengths perspective and always with a trauma-informed lens.
Clients can expect to take away greater clarity, emotional insight, and practical tools to navigate their challenges. Each session offers a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns, helping clients build self-awareness and resilience. Together, we work toward meaningful goals, whether it's managing anxiety, improving relationships, healing from past experiences, or fostering personal growth, so that clients leave feeling more empowered, supported, and connected to themselves.
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders and understand how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can feel. I am currently training for certification as an Eating Disorder Specialist through IAEDP and am passionate about helping clients build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
