Great to meet you!

I bring a calm, compassionate presence to every session, combining clinical expertise with genuine human connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique story. I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, while honoring your pace and preferences.

Whether you're unpacking the past or navigating present-day challenges, I believe in helping you reconnect with your strengths, restore balance, and cultivate resilience. Therapy with me is not about "fixing" you—it's about walking alongside you as you discover healing and growth!

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with adults who are dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, life-transitions, grief and loss, relationship and family issues, chronic worry, perfectionism, & emotional effects of trauma. It is important for you feel heard, respected, and empowered. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. Just come as you are.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're a professional balancing career, caregiving, a managing soul feeling stuck, or someone managing deep emotional pain beneath the surface, we can work together to explore what’s getting in the way and what’s possible beyond it. Sessions are nonjudgmental, flexible, and rooted in genuine care. I believe healing happens in safe relationships.
