Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale. A space where you don’t have to perform, have the right words, or hold everything together. You get to come as you are. I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity, and genuine care into the room, and I want you to feel safe enough to be real about what’s hard and what you need.

I walk alongside adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship or family challenges, and the lasting impact of trauma. Whether you’re visibly struggling or holding it together on the outside while quietly falling apart inside, you don’t have to carry it all alone.

Together, we’ll make space for what you’ve been through, honor the ways you’ve learned to survive, and gently explore what you may be ready to let go of. My hope is to help you reconnect with yourself, feel more grounded in who you are, and move toward healing in a way that feels genuine and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, trauma informed, and tailored to you. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or symptoms, we make space for the whole person: your emotions, experiences, relationships, patterns, body, nervous system, and the different parts of you that have learned ways to cope, protect, and survive.

I integrate CBT, mindfulness, IFS informed work, somatic approaches, and attachment based therapy to help you better understand not only what you're experiencing, but what may be underneath it.

I specialize in trauma and am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful approach that can help create meaningful relief from painful memories, trauma, and experiences that continue to feel stuck. One of the things I value most about ART is that healing doesn’t require you to repeatedly retell or relive the hardest parts of your story. When you’re ready, we can work with those experiences in a focused and compassionate way, helping your mind and body process what they’ve been carrying while honoring your pace and helping you reconnect with who you are beyond what happened to you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy with me to feel warm, genuine, and human. I bring compassion and curiosity into the room and want you to feel like you can show up exactly as you are, without having to perform or have it all figured out. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also gently challenge you when I notice patterns, beliefs, or ways of coping that may no longer be serving you. I’m not afraid to sit with the hard stuff, and I believe there’s room for both depth and laughter in therapy. More than anything, I want you to feel truly seen, supported, and safe enough to do the meaningful work that brings you closer to the life you want for yourself.
