Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, family conflict, and major life transitions. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Southern Connecticut State University and my Master of Social Work from New York University. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe, heard, and supported. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based, meaning we work together to understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful goals that reflect what matters most to you. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change. Christian counseling is available for clients who wish to incorporate faith into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if it's your first time or you're unsure where to begin. During our first session, we'll have a relaxed, supportive conversation about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve. My priority is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and develop a plan that feels right for you, at a pace that respects your unique needs.
