Great to meet you!

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by to view my profile. I have been in the field of psychology for over 20 years. I hold a BA from the Univ of North Texas. Go Eagles! I also hold an MA from Amberton Univ. I specialize in relationships, whether it is pre-marital, marriage, dating, parent/child (age 17+), divorce/separation preparation or recovery. I work often with men's and women's issues. I uniquely work with pastors, their families, and others that serve in the Christian church as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am very straight forward and I am not afraid to challenge clients in order to help them reach their desired goal. I fully believe that if you change your perspective on a matter, the issue itself may not change, but the impact that it has on you will. This is why I often work from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. Let's chat to see if we fit for one another and get you scheduled.

What you can expect from our first session

In our initial sssion I will make you aware of my process. I will gain information about you as my desire is to know you well in order to assist you. This time will be very conversational in nature in hopes of us becoming comfortable, or at least beginning to, with one another. We will talk about what brings you into therapy and desired goals of this journey.
