Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with experience supporting anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. I work with individuals and couples, including LGBTQ+ clients, young adults, postpartum moms, and those in ENM and traditional relationships. I bring a warm, grounded presence and create a space where your nervous system can settle so you feel safe enough to be fully yourself and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered, with a strong focus on nervous system and somatic awareness. I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, attachment-based work, and trauma-informed care to support both insight and meaningful change. I believe the capacity for growth and healing already exists within you, and my role is to help you access and strengthen it as we work toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other at your pace. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, you can open up when you feel ready. You can expect a calm, supportive space, and at times I may gently challenge you to explore new perspectives and shift patterns or beliefs that no longer serve you, in support of greater self-understanding, flexibility, and alignment with your authentic self.
