Great to meet you!

I provide individual therapy services for adults experiencing general mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, health issues, relational issues, grief, life transitions, trauma, and/or abuse. ​My degrees include a BA in Psychology from UCSB, a Masters of Education in Counselor Education from ASU, and a PhD in Counseling Psychology from ASU. I completed an APA-Accredited Doctoral Internship in Psychology and a Postdoctoral Psychology Residency with at UC Davis.

My approach to therapy

I integrate a variety of evidence-based techniques in my practice, and create treatment plans around the individual needs and goals of my clients. Examples of these techniques include Common Factors Therapy, grief therapy techniques, EMDR, narrative therapy, and third-wave cognitive-behavioral approaches. My ultimate goal is to help clients grow closer to reaching a harmonious and authentic state within themselves and with those around them.
