Great to meet you!

I’m an LA native who went to UCSD to get my BA in Psychology and then came back home to get my Master’s and Doctorate in Psychology from Pepperdine University. I’ve been helping people using psychotherapy for over 15 years, and I want nothing more than to continue to do so!

I know what it’s like to have to reach out for help and how the transformation process can be both grueling and exhilarating.

A bit about my approach to therapy

When you work with me, you are accepted and listened to carefully and perceptively. My therapeutic approach helps you feel centered and much more grounded.Initially, I work hard on getting to know you and the issues that have brought you to see me. Then I adapt my style to meet your needs and strive to treat you with a balance of gentleness and active encouragement. We engage in an active dialogue that will be equal parts expression, keen listening, and humor.

What you can expect from our first session

We can work together to co-create a balanced, healthy, and fulfilling life that part of you knows you deserve. You can be your own spark, and I will help you fan the flames. Let’s alchemize your pain and suffering into balance and healing. There is a life beyond what you have now, and I want to help you get there. I believe you deserve it, even if parts of you aren’t so sure sometimes. You’ve come this far. You’re on this website, reading these words, for a reason. Trust that.
