Great to meet you!

I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, betrayal trauma, emotional abuse, and relationship wounds. If you feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can offer a safe place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and rediscover your strengths. At Still Waters Therapy, I walk beside you with compassion as you build resilience, create more peace, and move toward lasting change. As a mother of five children I can relate to the complexities of relationships and family dynamics. I love spending time with my family doing anything outdoors. If I'm not at the office with my clients you can usually find me hiking, gardening, spending time with my chickens, or cooking a big meal for the family.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from EMDR, IFS, ACT, and DBT to help you process past wounds, manage emotions, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel lost or overwhelmed. I honor your story while offering practical tools to support balance, resilience, and renewed hope.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin by creating a space where you feel truly heard and understood. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change, and how I can best support you. If you’re ready to take the next step toward peace, growth, and deeper connection, reach out to schedule a session.
