Great to meet you!

Life can take us through difficult & unexpected paths. You might feel overwhelmed, discouraged or unsure of where to turn. Whether you’re facing a recent challenge or have been struggling for some time, therapy can help. My goal is to support you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, reconnecting with your authentic self and building a life that is more aligned with your values. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, social anxiety, relationship issues & life transitions. I have a particular focus on helping individuals with emetophobia (fear of vomiting).

My approach to therapy

I help clients develop the confidence and tools they need to manage distressing emotions, unhelpful thinking patterns and self-defeating behaviors. I offer compassionate, solution focused therapy & approach therapy with a willingness to truly understand who you are and what you value.

I utilize an integrative approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) & Somatic. Above all, I believe the relationship you have with your therapist is key, reach out to me for a consultation to see if we'd be a good fit.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be focused on understanding you, your lifestyle, what you value, how you experience emotions, how your anxiety/phobia shows up and what you're hoping to gain from therapy.

If you have any questions, concerns or would like to schedule a consultation reach out to me at [email protected] or call 615-601-1819.
