Great to meet you!

If anxiety, depression, or the stress of managing a chronic condition has started to affect your relationships, your work, or your ability to feel like yourself, you don't have to keep pushing through alone.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida working with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and family challenges. I believe the people who come to therapy are already doing something brave, and my job is to make sure that effort goes somewhere meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, client-centered, and practical. I draw on CBT, ACT, and trauma-focused techniques This means we're discovering insights and developing concrete skills you can use outside of sessions. Every person's situation is different, and I tailor our work around your goals, your pace, and your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what you're hoping for from therapy. We'll start to map out your goals together, and you'll have plenty of space to ask questions about how I work. The goal isn't to have everything figured out by the end of that hour, just to leave feeling like this was the right call.
