Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana who works with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and postpartum mental health. Many of my clients are high-functioning—they appear put together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or constantly on edge.

My style is warm, supportive, and practical. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and ERP to help you understand your patterns, manage intrusive thoughts, and build coping skills you can use in your everyday life.

I focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and able to make meaningful, real-life changes—so you can feel more calm, confident, and in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I’ll help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface while also giving you tools you can use in your day-to-day life to feel more in control. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you break patterns that keep you feeling stuck and build lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing what’s been going on in your life. We’ll discuss the challenges bringing you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to gain from the process.

I’ll ask questions about your experiences, current stressors, and patterns that may be contributing to your difficulties. This helps us start identifying areas for growth and change.

Together, we’ll begin exploring goals for therapy and what progress might look like for you. By the end of the session, my aim is for you to feel heard, supported, and with a clear sense of how we can work together to help you move forward.
