Great to meet you!

When you've spent so much time trying to hold everything together, it's easy to lose sight of who you are beneath the anxiety, painful experiences, or expectations placed on you by others. Whether you're navigating trauma, relationship challenges, questions about identity, or simply feeling emotionally exhausted, you deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. Meaningful healing is possible, and you don't have to go through it alone. I partner with clients experiencing anxiety, LGBTQIA+ concerns, women's issues, trauma, and PTSD so they can build confidence, strengthen relationships, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. I work with adolescents, adults, and children because every person deserves to feel accepted, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide both a safe place to process difficult experiences and practical tools that support lasting change outside of our sessions. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences that have shaped your life while identifying strengths you can continue building on throughout your healing journey. My approach incorporates Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Family Therapy, Trauma Focused Family Therapy (TFFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Play Therapy because every person deserves care that's individualized, developmentally appropriate, and grounded in their unique experiences. Together, we can work through ADHD, depression, eating disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, grief and loss, stress management, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, family conflict, and relationship challenges, while creating practical strategies that support meaningful, long term growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, collaborative relationship where you feel genuinely accepted from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self compassion. Whether you're healing from trauma, exploring your identity, strengthening family relationships, or hoping to feel more at peace with yourself, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more grounded, more resilient, and more confident in the person you are becoming.
