Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Natalie Havens. I specialize in therapy for children, teens, and young adults, helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, identity development, and life transitions.

I bring over 13 years of experience working with children and adolescents in both school and therapeutic settings, which allows me to better support emotional development, academic stress, and the real-world challenges young people face today.

I currently work primarily with older teens and young adults in a virtual setting to address anxiety, depression, school and career stress, identity concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices that help clients build insight, coping skills, and confidence.

I also have training in play therapy and behavioral interventions for children. While my virtual practice focuses on teens and young adults, this background strengthens my ability to understand developmental needs and tailor strategies that truly fit each client. I strive to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can grow and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and explore what’s going on at your own pace.

I use evidence-based techniques to help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to life’s challenges. Together, we work on practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, academic stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions, while also exploring deeper patterns that may be holding you back.

I primarily work with older teens and young adults, and my goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and empowered in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is relaxed and focused on getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like help with, and what you want therapy to look like. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just come as you are.

I’ll share how I work, answer any questions, and we’ll start outlining goals and next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and comfortable moving forward.
