Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, CA. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, grief and loss, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My experience spans higher education, outpatient programs, and private practice, where I've worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I draw from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing to meet each client's unique needs. Whether you're looking for practical tools to navigate challenges or space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns more deeply, we'll work together to find an approach that feels right for you. I balance thoughtful listening with honest feedback and guidance when helpful, and I appreciate the role humor can play in fostering connection and new perspectives.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy takes vulnerability. In our first session, we'll go at your pace as we discuss what brought you in, relevant parts of your history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I may ask more questions than usual to get a better understanding of your experiences, but you're in control of what you're ready to share. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about moving forward.
