Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I strive to offer a space where you can feel deeply seen, supported, and safe to explore what’s weighing on you. Together, we’ll gently uncover the patterns and emotions that may be holding you back, while nurturing the strength and clarity already within you. My hope is that therapy becomes not just a place for healing, but also for rediscovering your capacity for growth, connection, and a fuller life.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is a person-centered, integrative approach, grounded in the belief that true healing begins when you feel deeply seen, heard, and safe to be yourself. Many come to therapy carrying old wounds, caught in patterns that no longer serve them, or longing to feel more connected to who they truly are. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and curiosity, creating a space where your story can unfold and your voice can be fully honored.

Drawing from a contemporary psychodynamic and relational lens, we explore how early relationships and family dynamics continue to shape your emotions, beliefs, and ways of connecting with yourself, others, and the world. Using parts therapy, we meet the different parts of you- protective, critical, or vulnerable- with compassion, helping them move toward harmony and self-acceptance.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll connect and explore what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and the changes you hope to make. Together, we’ll reveal unhelpful patterns, recognize your strengths, and open the way to insight, growth, and healing. We’ll explore ways to cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful connection—supporting you in living a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and deeply your own.
