Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Natalie Juarez, and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CA. I'm excited to work with you!

It's tough to deal with stress and it's hard to be your best self when you're feeling OVERWHELMED. It starts with little things that are annoying, but little by little they start to snowball and before you know it, you're more irritable/frustrated/resentful.

Unfortunately, you really can't take care of everyone else without taking care of yourself first. So let's dive in!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My purpose is to help you feel EMPOWERED.

I can help you learn to navigate life transitions (parenthood, changes in career or employment) and learn to manage family or work-related expectations and stressors.

Learn to take initiative and speak in a way that gets others to listen. You ARE able to live a life that aligns with your values and dreams. You CAN have a healthy work-life balance. You CAN love what you do and be true to yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

In sessions, we will begin with brief introductions, then see what is stressing you out right now, what your strengths are, what your support looks like, and then we'll explore how you ended up here. You will practice helpful coping strategies to use at home or at work and practice relaxation and grounding exercises to help you feel more calm and in control within your environment. You CAN be a better/happier/more relaxed version of yourself. Be brave. Try it out and see.
