Great to meet you!

Thanks for visiting my page, I'm Natalie. I specialize in supporting people who are navigating relationship struggles, contemplating or going through divorce/break-up, or just feeling lost and unsure about their next steps in life. Many of the people I work with seek help because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they are “lost in the forest” and just need help finding direction again.

My work is very solution-oriented and focused on goal setting, helping you clarify what you want and how to move toward it.

This work is personal for me. There were times in my life when I needed someone to help me sort through the noise, set goals, and find the right path forward. That experience is part of what led me to this field. I come from a place of empathy. I’ve been there too.

A bit about me personally: Family and faith are important parts of my life, and I feel most energized when I’m spending time with the people I love. That sense of connection and purpose is something I try to bring into the work I do with clients as well.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution focused and collaborative. Together we work to identify what’s really going on beneath the challenges you’re facing and develop a clear path forward.

Sometimes people come to therapy simply needing a space where they can be heard without judgment. I’m happy to provide that. Other times, people are looking for more direct feedback, guidance, and help connecting the dots. In those moments, I listen carefully to the details of what you’re experiencing and help you identify where you might be getting stuck and what might be missing.

My goal is to help you understand the root of what’s happening and build practical steps toward becoming the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about understanding what brought you here and what you’re hoping will change. We’ll complete an initial assessment so I can learn more about your situation, your history, and the challenges you’re currently facing.

From there, we’ll begin identifying your goals and discussing the best approach to help you reach them. We work together to uncover root causes, sort through the noise, and develop practical solutions that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about what comes next.
