Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Natalie and I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults. As I am aware that the process of searching for a therapist can be overwhelming, I would like to commend you on taking this first step.

My approach to therapy

My collaborative approach to therapy comes from a holistic, client-centered, strengths-based perspective. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals while remaining focused on creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, cultivate insights, heal, and build resilience.I have extensive experience providing trauma-informed care to a variety of ages. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, parenting, cultural concerns, relationships, family conflict, life transitions, attachment issues, and many others. I'm compassionate, understanding, and patient, committed to helping you reach your goals. I strive to help you feel challenged to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I will help you work through problems, feel heard and validated, and become empowered to take the next steps to thrive.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I focus on truly understanding who you are as a person by exploring your past, present, and future self. I also take an integrative approach and try to understand all other aspects of your life, including social life, hobbies, medical history, nutrition, exercise, and others. My approach to goal-setting is highly collaborative. After completing a biopsychosocial assessment, I work with my clients to identify and prioritize their goals. I also review goals often to ensure that we are working towards progress.
