Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I'm Natalie, and I’m a Licensed Clinical therapist at Key to Change Counseling Services, Corp., where I specialize in helping adults—including older adults and couples—navigate life’s more difficult seasons. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by a recent loss, adjusting to chronic illness, or struggling with relationship challenges, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, skill, and support.

My own journey into the field of therapy began with a deep sense of empathy and compassion for those who are hurting. I’ve always felt called to support people during their most vulnerable moments, and that passion led me into the field of social work and, ultimately, into clinical practice. I believe healing happens in safe, authentic relationships, and I’m honored to hold space for clients as they do this important work.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in the belief that every client brings their own wisdom and resilience to the table. I tailor each session to your needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – to help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and practice mindfulness. Narrative Therapy – to explore how your personal story has shaped your identity and how it can be re-written in empowering ways. Person-Centered Therapy – where you are the expert in your own life, and I offer unconditional support as we navigate your goals. As well as Guided Meditation – for those who are open to it, to help cultivate peace, clarity, and mind-body connection.

I also have extensive experience in grief counseling and supporting clients living with chronic illness—helping them navigate the emotional toll of long-term medical challenges while honoring their strength and resilience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be met with empathy, curiosity, and care. From the very beginning, my goal is to understand what matters most to you and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll identify the challenges you’re facing and begin to explore practical tools and insights that can help you move toward healing and growth.

At Key to Change Counseling Services, Corp., we believe in holistic, inclusive care. Your goals are our goals, and I’m here to support you in becoming the strongest, most empowered version of yourself. Most importantly, this space is for you.

Let’s take this next step together.

Please note: We are a group private practice, and if my availability does not align with your schedule, we have several other experienced therapists on our team who may be a better fit. Our goal is to connect you with the support you need, when you need it. Feel free to reach out—we’d be happy to help match you with a provider who fits your preferences and availability. www.key2therapy.com
