Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life transitions, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and personal growth. I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and have worked across private practice, school-based mental health, community behavioral health, and leadership settings.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, feel genuinely heard, and work through the things that may be keeping you from feeling like the healthiest and most authentic version of yourself. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I have particular experience working with anxiety, trauma, relationship and attachment concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, stress, and patterns such as people-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries. I also enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.
My goal is to provide a supportive, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental environment where we can work together toward greater clarity, healing, confidence, and overall well-being.
