Great to meet you!

You might be here because you're feeling touched-out, overwhelmed or you don't recognize the person staring back at you in the mirror anymore. This may be during a break up, job transition, infertility, the changes of pregnancy and motherhood, or grief and loss. Whatever brings you here, you'll find the empathy and validation you've been craving.

I have a special affinity for working with clients struggling with pregnancy, parenting, postpartum and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to provide you with gentle guidance, unwavering support, and practical strategies to work towards your goals. Together we will identify your needs and strengths to help you deepen your self-understanding and heal. I work from a strengths based and trauma informed perspective and honor each person's wisdom and inherent worth.

What you can expect from our first session

Our life stories create chapters of great joy, deep sorrow and everything in between. As we explore your story together, I hold a warm, caring emotional space for you to untangle your chapters, gain insight and find meaning, peace and hope. I would be honored to walk this path of healing with you.
