About Me
I’m someone who believes therapy should be centered around trust and creative expression. As a neurodivergent clinician, I incorporate approaches that help clients move through stuck places in verbal processing or traditional talk therapy.
I primarily work with LGBTQ+ clients and women/AFAB individuals ages 12 and up and I specialize in supporting people with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and mood-related concerns. I provide couples counseling for partners who want to better understand recurring patterns of conflict and build intentional connection. I also enjoy work with children experiencing social anxiety, selective mutism, and ADHD, offering strengths-based support tailored to them.
On the weekends, I’m usually in a cuddle puddle with my pets (Nigel, Ollie, & Charlie) or spending many glorious hours at my art table.
What is your approach to therapy?Much of my work focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship with an approach that is affirming, collaborative, and client-led. My hope is that every client will leave feeling supported and understood
