Great to meet you!

I believe that healing your relationships with others starts by healing your relationship with yourself. I aim to guide clients through the healing process by providing the tools needed to connect with yourself, your body, and the world around you. Through therapy, I believe it is possible to improve your self-esteem, grow interpersonal relationships, and end negative thought patterns and behaviors.

My approach to therapy

As a clinician, I utilize empathy, connection, humor, and curiosity to connect with clients on a genuine, human level. I am enthusiastic about helping others tackle issues including depression, eating disorders, negative self-talk, body image, anxiety, addiction, and self-harm through modalities such as ecotherapy, DBT, CBT, and person-centered therapy.

What you can expect from me

The first step of a long journey is always the most challenging. I encourage you to reach out for help and allow me to meet you along your route- to help guide you towards inner-peace and healing. I want to build upon the "traditional" therapy experience- let's go for a walk, sit outside, and connect through movement and nature.
