Great to meet you!

Finding yourself overwhelmed lately? Given our social and political climate, you are in good company! Perhaps you're also navigating relationship difficulties, a big life change, past trauma, or a significant loss. Feelings of anxiety and depression drain our energies and can become isolating to us. Having trusted support is critical to us!

I would love offer a safe space to process your situations and feelings, and uncover new ways forward.

My approach to therapy

I'm happy to meet my clients where they are in life, without judgment. You'll find me to be inquisitive, compassionate, and a bit silly :)

In the past 15 years I've counseled people in high school, rehab, hospitals, family court, and crisis centers. I especially love working with young adults, new parents, and adults in their 30s-40s.

I'm trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and I incorporate strengths-based approaches with my clients.

What you can expect from me

While we explore past and present experiences, sometimes a new event in your life will take precedence. I like a flexible approach in sessions, always keeping positive momentum forward toward your therapy goals.

You should always expect to feel heard and understood by me. I value your trust, and have the utmost respect for my clients and their unique situations. Your authenticity and honest input is appreciated and most welcome in our work together :)
