Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, constant stress, or grief begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and ability to enjoy everyday life. You may feel emotionally exhausted from trying to hold everything together while quietly wondering if things will ever feel different. No matter how long you've been struggling, meaningful change is possible, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I partner with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress management, and grief and loss so they can regain emotional balance, build healthier ways of coping, and reconnect with the life they want to live. I work with teenagers and adults because I believe every person deserves a compassionate space where they feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater confidence and hope.
