Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, constant stress, or grief begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and ability to enjoy everyday life. You may feel emotionally exhausted from trying to hold everything together while quietly wondering if things will ever feel different. No matter how long you've been struggling, meaningful change is possible, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I partner with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress management, and grief and loss so they can regain emotional balance, build healthier ways of coping, and reconnect with the life they want to live. I work with teenagers and adults because I believe every person deserves a compassionate space where they feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater confidence and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while giving you practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change outside of our sessions. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, and thought patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges while identifying strengths you can build on as you move forward. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) because combining practical skill building with solution oriented conversations can help you make steady, sustainable progress. Together, we can work through panic disorder, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, family conflict, anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, and grief, while tailoring every session to your unique goals, strengths, and personal experiences.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and respected from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and genuine curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and work through setbacks without judgment. Whether you're hoping to better manage anxiety, cope with the loss of someone important, reduce everyday stress, or simply feel more like yourself again, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more confident, more resilient, and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.
