Great to meet you!

Hola y Bienvenidos. I work with high-achieving adults, helping professionals, therapists, first-generation individuals, and members of the Latino community who often find themselves carrying the weight of work, family, cultural expectations, and caring for others. Many appear successful on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mind-body awareness to help clients build emotional flexibility and create meaningful change. I also work with alcohol and substance use concerns, stress-related coping patterns, therapist burnout.

What you can expect from me

I am hopeful that clients leave from sessions feeling like they are getting a better sense, and a clearer vision after feeling lost and confused.
