Taking the first step toward counseling can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to listen, encourage, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence. As an LPC I have experience helping people from all different ages and backgrounds. Welcome!
My approach is compassionate and collaborative — I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, insight, and support as you navigate challenges and work toward your goals.
I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and your experiences. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. We will work together in the sessions that follow to create and speak about goals, and how working together can be most Helpful for you.
