I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned my degree from the University of Michigan in 2014. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions, as well as those seeking greater fulfillment or a deeper sense of meaning in their lives. My approach to therapy is flexible and individualized—I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring our work to your unique needs, goals, and personal style.
I began my career in community mental health, which shaped my deep and ongoing commitment to social justice, inclusivity, and compassionate care.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. I strive to create a warm, open, and collaborative space where you can explore challenges, heal, and grow at your own pace. I view the therapeutic relationship as a central part of the process, and I work to build a connection that feels grounded in trust, respect, and openness.
Together, we will focus on helping you feel more balanced, empowered, and connected—both to yourself and to others. My goal is to support you in making meaningful changes that improve your daily life and strengthen your relationship with yourself.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and taking that first step takes courage. I aim to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible and would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
