Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Natalie Roukous, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with both children and adults. I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy and believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you better understand patterns, build coping skills, and move toward the changes you want to see. Whether you're working through challenges in your daily life or supporting a child through theirs, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools.

I value honesty, flexibility, and a strong therapeutic relationship—and I look forward to supporting you or your family on your journey.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our time together to be collaborative, respectful, and centered on your unique goals and needs. In our early sessions, we’ll take time to get to know one another, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and identify the areas you'd like to focus on. I’ll offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel safe to share openly, and together we’ll develop a plan that feels both manageable and meaningful.

Sessions are available both in person and virtually, depending on what works best for your schedule, comfort, and convenience. Whether you're coming in for yourself or your child, my goal is to meet you where you are and support your growth every step of the way.
