Great to meet you!

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of healing and growth and am dedicated to creating a collaborative and empathetic environment. I have been a licensed NJ therapist for 3 years, working with individuals of various ages, cultures, and points of view. I especially enjoy working with those in transitional periods of life - preteen and adolescents, young adults/college students, and adults navigating a new role or challenge for the first time.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to create a space where you can explore your concerns without judgment, and together, we can develop strategies to enhance your well-being. My eclectic approach allows me to pull from a variety of therapeutic frameworks, ensuring we find the most effective path forward for you. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, emphasizing your inherent capacity for self-discovery and resilience. I also integrate evidence-based techniques including CBT, DBT, ERP, and psychodynamic therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

In a session with me, you can expect to feel truly heard and supported, gaining clarity and self-awareness. You'll walk away with practical tools and strategies to manage whatever challenges you are facing with renewed resilience and hope. My goal is for you to feel empowered to create the change you have the inherent capacity to create.
