Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I am a first generation Cuban-American, raised in Orlando, and settled into the Palm Beach area. I am a self-described professional learner with a few Masters degree (Criminal Justice and forensic/clinical psychology) as well as my PsyD in clinical psychology. I enjoy working with first responders, other professionals, young adults, and couples.

My approach to therapy

I’m a direct, open-minded, and compassionate and believe meaningful personal growth begins with being willing to look honestly at ourselves, our experiences, and patterns keeping us stuck. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe being open and authentic, while also feeling supported in challenging themselves to grow.

My approach is collaborative, honest, and individualized. I believe therapy is not about telling you what you should do, but about helping you better understand yourself, gain insight into your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships, and make intentional choices aligned with the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to leave therapy with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater awareness of their patterns and choices, and practical tools to navigate challenges more effectively. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, or simply feel ready for something to change, therapy can be an opportunity to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

I don’t believe you have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. You simply need to be willing to start where you are—and we can work from there.
