Great to meet you!

I am an open-minded, optimistic person who enjoys dancing and singing loudly. I love relaxing and watching good shows or movies as well as working in the garden.

Previously, I was a teacher for 10 years. Now, I am a school counselor in a middle school setting and provide therapy for adults virtually.

I attained my Master's in Counseling in 2016, and I started providing therapy to school aged children in 2020. I transitioned to providing therapy for adoptive/foster families and adults in 2021.

My approach to therapy

I really enjoy helping people reach their full potential and rediscover reasons to love themselves and others. Based on the person's needs, I may use a variety of modalities including CBT, humanistic therapy, Gestalt therapy, and person-centered therapy.

It's all about what's best for you. This is a time for you to work though understanding your emotions and thoughts. Therapy is a time for you to find clarity, and that's what I hope to help you do.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will get to know each other. I would like to understand what you expect from therapy so we can begin to develop goals for you and your journey in therapy.
