Great to meet you!

I want therapy to be a good experience for you. I help individuals struggling with imposter syndrome, redefining or coming back to themselves through life transitions, or actively looking to improve their life. I use many therapies to assist you in developing increased self-awareness, implementing intentional coping skills, and following through on decisions that align with your goals. I employ a balance of non-judgment, humor and appropriate bluntness to support you through this process.

My approach to therapy

Comfort is of huge importance to me. I like a therapy session to feel as natural and conversational as possible. My biggest strength is creating a space that feels comfortable and natural where people want to come and talk. I spend a lot of time helping people to be less hard on themselves, acknowledge their efforts in life and live more intentionally.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard, understood and less alone after sessions with me. Hopefully you’ll find yourself humbled enough to acknowledge missteps, compassionate enough to laugh at yourself a little, and resilient enough that hard things become a little easier. You’ll come away with tools to help you live the life you want including mindfulness, intentional coping skills, life skills, self care protocols, etc.
