Great to meet you!

My objective is to empower individuals to better understand themselves, strengthen their resilience, and create more peaceful, fulfilling lives. I believe people already carry the capacity for growth and healing, and my work focuses on helping clients recognize, access, and trust their own strengths.

In therapy, I offer a space that is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I am direct and transparent while remaining supportive and compassionate, and I show up authentically rather than hiding behind clinical language or rigid approaches. My work is collaborative and eclectic, drawing from a range of therapeutic tools based on each client’s needs, including EMDR. I work with individuals to build insight, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change within the broader systems of family and society.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, so sessions are shaped by each client’s goals, history, and pace. I balance insight-oriented work with practical tools, helping clients understand patterns while also developing strategies they can use outside of sessions. When appropriate, I incorporate EMDR to support deeper processing and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a grounded and supportive conversation focused on what’s bringing them to therapy and what they’re hoping to work toward. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and goals, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable.

By the end of the session, most clients leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and an initial plan for our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once. Building trust and safety is part of the process.
