Great to meet you!

Hi! I believe that connection with others is where healing can begin. With over 10 years of experience working in mental health, I enjoy working with women in whatever stage of life they are currently in. I have experience coming alongside clients from diverse backgrounds, and deeply value each person's individual experience. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection, which has led me to a deep appreciation for holistic care.

My approach to therapy

Our sessions will be laid-back, yet highly empowering. The genuine connections I get to make with my clients are the most meaningful part of our therapeutic relationship. I focus on a few evidence-based modalities when working with clients. I love working with my clients on all sorts of issues, including life transitions, symptoms of anxiety and depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I am always going to compassionately meet you where you are, and then we can build from there.

What you can expect from me

We will identify goals that you want to focus on and work on them collaboratively. You can always expect to walk away from our sessions feeling seen and heard. We will work together towards whatever it is you may need at this time.
